David Hug represents professional athletes and sports organisations in arbitration and federation proceedings. His work includes contractual disputes, transfer-related matters and regulatory issues in international sport, with a particular focus on proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS/CAS). His academic work examined the independence of the TAS/CAS, reflecting his sustained engagement with the institutional framework of international sports dispute resolution.
